Sister Theresa has been a Felician-Franciscan Sister for the past forty-two years. While her background is in Social Work she has worked as a Health Care Administrator for thirty-two years in the area of Gerontology. She was an adjunct professor for Chapman University, she ran a Residential Shelter Care Facility for the elderly, was Director of Social Services in two different nursing homes and an Administrator at an Adult Day Health Care Center now known as CBAS – Community Based Adult Services for twenty years. She has also worked as a Parish Life Director for six years before coming to the De Paul Center as Administrator.
She holds three master’s degrees: Master’s in health administration, with emphasis on Gerontology, and a Master’s in organizational leadership from Chapman University and a Masters in Pastoral Ministry from Regis University.
